Chicken scratch work.


 
I was tempted to do this after seeing Queenies work. Thank you Queenie. I love this stitch.

Very nice and beautiful. I remember my first work on chiken scratch. Immediately I saw about this work I tried a heart pattern on my son's uniform shirt. Simple stitches turns the checked fabric into a beautiful one.

What a surprise to see this! I had no idea my simple 'something to do on the train ride Chicken Scratch' project gave someone else this amount of inspiration.
These four joined hearts remind me of Swedish waffles; they are cooked and cut along the lines into perfect pieces. Latha, you have created some mouth watering eye candy!!!
